五阳煤矿7607工作面回风巷道支护参数优化技术

摘要 五阳煤矿7607工作面的开采方法是走向长壁后退式,一次采全高沿底开采的低位放顶煤综合机械化方法,顶板由全部垮落法来管理。开采山西组中下部3号煤层,煤层赋存稳定,平均厚6.06 m。对巷道围岩变形破坏原因进行分析,针对五阳煤矿3号煤层工作面的围岩控制技术和具体地质条件进行了研究和分析,并确定支护形式和参数,对支护效果进行现场监测与优化。 Mining method of 7607 working face was towards the long wall retreating, which was a comprehensive mechanization method of fuU-seam mining along bottom to low-roof coal, and roof was managed by all across the fall method. Middle-low part 3# coal seam in Shanxi group was exploited, its coal seam occurrence was stable and average depth was 6.06 m. Failure and deformation reasons of surrounding rock were analyzed, surrounding rock control technology and concrete geological condition of No.3 coal seam working face were studied, which not only determined supporting form and parameters, but also had field monitoring and optimization on support effect.
