基于改进层次分析法的氯乙烯生产单元安全性分析

摘要 针对氯乙烯生产单元的危险源,结合氯乙烯生产实际,采用改进层次分析法对氯乙烯生产单元安全性影响因素(人员素质、设备设施、综合管理、作业环境及消防)进行了分析,并确定了各因素的权重大小,找出了主要影响因素为人员素质,综合管理次之。应用结果表明,该方法简单可行,具有较好的实用性。 According to the dangerous source of vinyl chloride production unit, combined with the actual production of vinyl chloride, using the improved analytic hierarchy process, the factors affecting the safety of vinyl chloride production unit (personnel quality, equipment and facilities, comprehensive management, working environment and fire protection) were analyzed, the weight of each factor was determined, and the main influencing factors are personnel quality, followed by comprehensive management. The application results show that the method is simple and feasible, and has very good practicality.
