摘要
根据新疆金山低品位难处理金矿石性质,进行了滚瓶浸出、全泥氰化浸出等多方案选金对比试验研究。结果表明:粒级P(80)=6 mm及P(80)=10 mm矿石,滚瓶浸出25 d时,浸出效果较好,金浸出率均能达到72%左右,研究工艺简单,实用性强,为金山金矿山低品位金氧化矿开发提供了依据。
According to the characteristics of the refractory low-grade gold ore in Jinshan Xinjiang, a great variety of technological flowsheet schemes of separation have been explored, such as roll-flask leaching, all-slime cyanide leac- hing test. The test results indicate that the rolling bottle leaching technological flowsheet can obtain better mineral processing indexes. Under the leaching time of 25 days ,ore of P(80)6 mm and P(80)10 mm leaching rate of gold could be 72%. This research process is simple and practical ,which can provide technological basis for oxidized gold ore exploitation in Jinshan Xinjiang.
