摘要
巴里选厂细泥含锡1%,锡对原矿占有率为8%,其中-0.074 mm粒级的锡石产率>70%。目前采用浮-重流程回收,回收率偏低。为改善选矿指标,本研究通过采用悬振锥面选矿机对其中的锡进行回收,得到了锡品位6.18%,锡作业回收率68.88%的锡精矿,为综合回收巴里细粒级锡石提供了一种新的技术途径。
The fine mud in Bali concentrator contains 1% of cassiterite, accounting for 8%, among which the yield of the particle size-0. 074 mm is〉70%. When the process of flotation-gravity separation is adopted, the recovery is low. To improve the beneficiation index, the suspension vibration cone concentrator is adopted to recover cassiterite, obtaining the cassiterite concentrate with the grade of 6. 18% and recovery of 68.88% ,which provides a new way for the fine cassiterite in Bali.
