金尾矿发泡水泥制备及性能研究 被引量:15

摘要 以金尾矿和水泥为主要原料,双氧水作为发泡剂,辅以其他添加剂,制备发泡水泥。选取主要因子进行正交试验,最终确定最佳配比。试验结果表明,最佳配比为双氧水量4.5%,母料量0.44%,水料比0.45,金尾矿添加量15%。该发泡水泥性能良好,28 d抗压强度为0.52 MPa,干密度小于300 kg/m^3。 In this paper,the foam cement was prepared using gold tailings and cement as main raw material, hydro- gen peroxide solution as frother, as well as some other additives. The optimum material ratio was established accord- ing to the orthogonal tests. The results showed that the optimum ratio was hydrogen peroxide solution4. 5 %, additives 0. 44% ,water to material ratio 0. 45 and gold tailings 15%. The compression strength of foam cement can reach 0. 52MPa in 28 days and dry density is less than 300 kg/m3.
