Environmental Management Analysis of Urban Rail Transit Project

城市轨道交通是一种显著改善城市拥堵症的客运方式,近年来我国大中型城市进入轨道交通发展的快速期。虽然轨道交通本身具有低排放和高容量,对降低城市交通污染物排放具有重大贡献。但轨道交通的快速发展也会带来一系列的环境问题。本文分析了轨道交通项目的建设和运营带来的环境问题,以及我国经常采用的环境管理手段,重点对这些环境管理手段进行综合分析和评价,指出其中的问题和不足,并提出了改进建议。

Urban rail transit is a kind of convenient way to improve urban passenger congestion. In recent years, large and medium-sized cities in China enter the rapid development period of rail transit. Although the rail transit itself has a low emission and high capacity, it has made a significant contribution to reducing the discharge of urban traffic pollutants. But the rapid development of rail transit will bring a series of environmental problems. This paper analyzes the environmental problems caused by the construction and operation of the rail transit project and the environmental management methods adopted by our country. The paper focuses on the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of these environmental management methods, points out the problems and shortcomings, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
