摘要
对双盘式磁流变制动器的结构进行了参数设计,并利用MATLAB软件对其制动力矩进行仿真分析,结果证明所设计的双盘式磁流变制动器结构可以满足车辆制动的需求。利用SIMULINK仿真工具箱建立了仿真模型,分析了励磁电流和结构参数对磁流变制动器制动性能的影响。对磁流变制动器的结构参数进行了优化设计,得出了更加合理的制动器结构,为双盘式磁流变制动器的设计提供理论参考。
In this paper, the parameters of the structure of the dual disc MR brake are designed, and the braking torque is simulated and analyzed by using MATLAB software. The results show that the structure of the dual disc MR brake can satisfy the demand of vehicle braking. The simulation model was built by using S1MULINK toolbox, and the influence of excitation current and structure parameters on the braking performance of MR Brake was analyzed. The structural parameters of the MR brake are optimized, and a more reasonable structure is obtained, which provides a theoretical reference for the design of the dual disc MR brake.
