冷敲机振动对花键齿形质量影响的理论分析

摘要 由于冷敲成形是通过滚打轮对工件的表面进行高速敲击,迫使制件表面产生局部变形,而成形过程中周期性的冲击力会引起机床的振动,降低了齿形质量。文章通过冷敲成形原理分析了机床制造精度、装配精度、机床的频响函数、动刚度、阻尼比、载荷特征等因素对齿形质量的影响,并应用ABAQUS软件仿真得出打轮对工件的载荷特征。提高机床的加工精度、装配精度,优化相关机床参数可降低机床振动,提高冷敲成形花键齿形质量。 Because of the cold rolling forming by the workpiece surfaee of high speed rolling wheel struck, forcing metal flow formation on the surfaee of parts, the periodie rolling will eause machine tool vibration. Then the quality of tooth shape is influeneed by vibration. The paper analyze the influence of manufacturing and assembly precision of machine tool, frequency response funetion, dynamie stiffness, damping ratio, load eharaeteristies and other faetors on the tooth shape quality by cold rolling forming theory. Using ABAQUS software simulation shows that the load eharaeteristies of the forming. Improving the manufaeturing and assembly precision, optimizing the parameters of the machine tool so that the vibration of the machine tool would be reduced, as well as the quality of spline tooth shape is improved.
