摘要
为提高螺旋钻采煤机的输送效率,改善其输送性能,文中以螺旋钻杆的内径、叶片厚度、叶片导程及螺旋升角为设计变量,选择采煤机的输煤生产率最大和能耗最低作为优化目标,采用改进多目标粒子群算法对螺旋钻杆参数进行优化。优化结果表明:基于自适应惯性权重和交叉变异的多目标粒子群算法使螺旋钻采煤机的输煤生产率提高了24.1%,实际输送功率降低了4.8%。
In order to improve the transportation performance and increase the transmission efficiency of a coal auger,the article takes spiral drill pipe' s. diameter, thickness, pitch, helix angle as design variables, chooses maximum productivity and energy consumption of a spiral conveyor device as optimal objective and uses the improved multi-objective particle swarm algorithm to optimize the parameters. The optimized results indicate that the productivity of coal conveying has improved 24.1% and the actual transmission power has reduced 4.8% by using multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm with adaptive inertia weight and crossover and mutation.
