摘要
在散体物料转载的过程中经常出现磨损、堵塞、粉尘污染等不利于生产的现象。应用离散元软件对散体颗粒物料转载过程进行仿真分析进而对结构进行优化,弥补了单纯对几何体进行受力分析的不足。运用三维软件建立了转载设备的三维模型,并将模型导入到离散元软件中进行仿真运算。仿真得出了集料板角度与料流速度和溜槽受力的关系;溜槽半径与溜槽受力、受料输送带受力、物料分布情况的关系;溜槽半径与物料流动性的关系,为转载站的设计提供了依据。
Granular materials reproduced in the process of frequent wear and tear, dust pollution, is not conducive to the production of the phenomenon. The discrete element software is used to simulate the process of material transfer in granular materials, and the structure is optimized, which makes up the deficiency of the force analysis of the geometry. Three dimensional model of the transfer equipment was built by using 3D software, and the model was introduced into the discrete element software for simulation. The simulation obtained the relationship between set plate angle and the material flow velocity and the stress of the chute ; the chute chute radius and force and conveyer belt force, the distribution of the material; the relationship between liquidity and the radius of the material chute, and provides a basis for the design of the transfer station.
