Tolerance Optimization Design Based on Improved Gravitation Search Algorithm

摘要 在传统公差优化设计模型中质量损失成本的基础上增加了质量保证成本,给出了以加工成本和质量成本为优化目标的公差多目标优化模型,并采用改进引力搜索算法进行模型的求解。改进引力搜索算法以基本引力搜索算法为基础,引入粒子群算法中的记忆和交流机制改善提高最优解的质量,并引入模拟退火算法中Metropolis准则的位置更新机制,增强算法求解的能力。最后以一个齿轮组件的装配为实例,验证了算法的适用性和有效性。 On the basis of the quality loss cost in traditional tolerance optimization design model, the quality assurance costs is inti'oduced to the tolerance muhi-objeetive optimization model which take the processing cost and quality cost as the optimization goal . The improved gravitational search algorithm(IGSA) is applied to the model. The IGSA based on the basic gravitational search algorithm ( GSA), the memory and exchange mechanism in the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is used to improve the quality of the optimal solution, and the location update mechanism based on the Metropolis criterion of simulated annealing algorithm is introduced to strengthen the ability of algorithm. Taking the assembly of a gear components as instance, to verify the applicability and effectiveness of the algorithm.
