控制力矩陀螺机座精度的评价方法 被引量:1

The Study of Frame Accuracy Assessment Method for Control Moment Gyroscope

摘要 控制力矩陀螺(CMG)是卫星姿控系统的关键执行机构,机座是CMG的重要零件,其形位公差尤其是轴孔同轴度直接影响CMG的整机性能和在轨工作寿命。针对机座结构具有短轴孔、长跨距的双轴孔零件结构特点,分析了目前轴孔-轴孔单基准评价方法测量同轴度的误差,改进了机座的形位精度要求,提出了采用平行度、垂直度评价方法与轴线-公共轴线基准评价方法,对多个机座进行精度测量,测量结果表明:该方法检测结果准确稳定,满足机座的装配要求和CMG高速转子系统的旋转精度。 The Control Moment Gyroscope (CMG) is the key actuator of satellite attitude control system, the frame is a key part of CMG. Its geometric tolerance especially the coaxiality, directly affects the performance of the CMG and the in-orbit working life. According to the frame structure with double hole which has short axis hole and long span, the measurement error of the eoaxiality by the single datum evaluation method of the axis-axis hole was analyzed, and the geometrical precision requirement of the frame was improved, the evaluation method which contain parallelism, perpendicularity and axis-common axis datum were proposed. This method was used for the precision measurement of several frames, the results show that, by using this method, the result were stable, the requirement of the frame assembling and rotary precision of high speed rotor system were satisfied.
