摘要 建立转向梯形机构优化设计数学模型,以外侧转向轮实际转角与理想转角偏差为优化目标,结合基于μ-1律的模拟退火算法和局部寻优算法,摆脱了因选择不恰当初始值而产生局部最优解的困扰,获得了全局最优解。最后以某种型号货车的转向梯形机构为例分析,结果表明该方法能够降低各种转角下的偏差率。 The optimal design model of steering trapezoidal was established. The deviation between the actual angle and the ideal angle of outer guide wheel was taken as the optimization objective, and simulated annealing algorithm based on μ^-1 Law was combined with local optimization algorithm as the optimization method, getting rid of the local optimal solution due to the improper selection of the initial value, obtaining the global optimal solutions . finally, the steering mechanism of one type of truck was analyzed as an example. The results showed that the method can reduce the deviation rate under all kinds of corners.
