摘要
为实现某袋式除尘器流场均匀性的自动优化设计,利用i SIGHT集成优化技术与Fluent数值模拟技术,构建了其优化设计模型。通过拉丁试验、响应表面模型(RSM)与二次序列规划法(NLPQL)和混合整数规划法(MOST)的联合优化算法相结合的方法(LRN-M)实现了其自动优化设计。其优化结果表明:通过LRN-M不但节约了大量的计算时间,而且还实现了目标值的全局最优,使其优化目标"袋室内各滤袋处理风量均匀性"改善了14.48%,提高了其性能品质、减少了滤袋破损率、延长了滤袋使用寿命。
In order to realize the automatic optimization design of the flow field performance of the bag filter, the optimal design model based on the iSIGHT integrated optimization technique and the Fluent numerical simulation technology is constructed. The automatic optimization design was realized by LRN-M that is the combination of the Latin test, the response surface model (RSM) and the NLPQL two sequence planning and the MOST hybrid optimization algorithm. The optimization results show that : LRN-M not only saves a lot of computation time, but also to achieve the target value of the global optimal, the optimization goal that is " each filter bag processing air volume uniformity in bag room"is improved by 14.48% , improving the quality of the performance, reducing the rate of damage to the filter bag and prolonging the service life of the filter bag.
