摘要
空气泄漏法和喷氦法是检测电连接器密封性的两种常见的试验方法,但这两种方法均存在各种不足。在对以上两种方法所存在的问题进行分析后,阐述了开发一种新的试验方法的必要性。运用氦质谱检测法的原理,设计了一套新的试验系统,并对其试验方法和试验过程进行了研究,总结出了具体的试验步骤。
The air leakage method and the helium injection method are two common test methods to measure the tightness of electrical connectors, but these two methods all have their own shortcomings. After analyzing the problems existing in the above two methods, the necessity of developing a new test method is expounded. Based on the principle of helium mass spectrographic method, a new test system is designed, and the test method and test process are studied, and the specific test steps are summarized.
