麻疹疫苗生产工艺的改进研究

摘要 对麻疹疫苗生产工艺进行了改进研究。在病毒培养过程中 ,以病毒生长稳定剂替代白蛋白、减少维持液加量、延长病毒培养时间并缩短病毒释放时间 ,提高了病毒原液的滴度。由此可使分装量减少 ,而每一剂量中实际病毒含量并不减少 ,从而使麻疹疫苗的冻干条件得到改善。采用改进工艺后 ,麻疹疫苗的质量。 A manufacturing process for measles vaccine (MV) is developed. The virus titer of bulk was heightened by using virus growth stabilizer instead of albumin human; decreasing quantity of maintain medium used; lengthening incubate time and shortening for virus released from cells. The freeze drying process is therefore improved by reducing filling quantity of an ampule which contains same virus particles as previous loading quantity. So the quality of MV is improved and the qualified rate of final products is enhanced.
