摘要 为确定A +C群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗有效期 ,对该疫苗在不同储藏温度下的稳定性进行了系统研究。将C群多糖抗原放置在 37℃ ,A +C群多糖疫苗分别放置在 2~ 8℃、37℃和 5 6℃ ,定期取样 ,用琼脂糖CL - 4B凝胶柱层析后 ,测定Kd值在 0 .5以前的多糖回收率。结果表明 ,C群多糖抗原在 37℃保存 9周 ,A +C群多糖疫苗于 2~ 8℃保存 4年、37℃保存 88周、5 6℃保存 10个月 ,多糖抗原或多糖疫苗的Kd值小于 0 .4 ,多糖回收率大于 75 % ,符合规程要求 ;因而A +C群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗的有效期可定为在 2~ 8℃储藏条件下 3年 In order to finalize the expiry date, the stability of group A+C Meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine in different of storage temperature was studied. The group C Meningococal polysaccharide was stored at 37℃, and group A+C Meningococcal polysacchaide vaccine was stored at 2 8℃?37℃ and 56℃, Samples were taken periodically. The recovery of polysaccharide prior to Kd value of 0.5 were measured by CL 4B Sepharose gel chromatography. The Kd value was less than 0.4 and recovery of polysaccharide was more than 75% of group C polysacchaide which was stored at 37℃ for 9 weeks; Same results were got for group A+C Meningococcal polysacchaide vaccine was stored at 2 8℃?37℃ and 56℃ in storage time of 4 years? 88 weeks and 10 months, respectively. All results comply with the requirement of group A+C Meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine. The expiry date of this vaccine could be three and half year at 2 8℃.
