Professor LI Yueqing's experience on the treatment of erectile dysfunction from heart,liver and kidney

男性勃起功能障碍是临床常见病、多发病,属中医阳痿的范畴,李曰庆教授认为阳痿最常见的病因是肾虚、肝郁、血瘀以及湿热,他善于从心、肝、肾三方面对阳痿进行辨证论治,他认为肝郁、肾虚、心肾不交是阳痿发生的基本病机,治疗上以补肾疏肝、养心益肾、活血壮阳为主要治法,临床取得了较好的效果。

Erectile dysfunction is a common disease,which belongs to impotence of traditional Chinese medicine. Professor LI Yueqing thinks the most common causes of impotence is kidney deficiency,liver stagnation,blood stasis and dampness-heat. He believes the pathogenesis of impotence is liver qi stagnation,kidney deficiency and incoordination between heart and kidney. The main treatment method is invigorating kidney and soothing liver,nourishing heart for invigorating kidney,which shows good effect.
