城市待遇与留城意愿及创业行为——基于杭州市的实证考察

City Treatment, the Willingness to Stay in the City and Entrepreneurial Behavior——An Empirical Study Based on Hangzhou

本文基于城市待遇相关理论分析,利用1457份针对杭州不同人群的问卷调查结果,采用成本收益分析方法,构建二元选择模型进行估计,分析了城市待遇与留城意愿及创业行为的关系。研究结果表明:城市待遇因素和个体特征因素与留城意愿及创业行为具有相关关系。文化待遇和社会待遇中的部分指标与留城意愿具有正向的相关关系。政治待遇、经济待遇、环境待遇中部分指标与创业行为具有负相关关系。性别、年龄和学历等个体特征会影响留城意愿和创业行为决策。留城意愿与创业行为有正向的相关关系。留城意愿对文化待遇和经济待遇与创业行为的关系起到了一定的中介作用。市民、农民和移民在城市待遇与留城意愿及创业行为的关系上具有一定差异。

Based on the analysis of relevant theories of city treatment,this paper uses the method of costbenefit analysis and binary choice model to estimate 1457 samples from different groups of people in Hangzhou,and analyzes the relationship about city treatment,the willingness to stay in the city and entrepreneurial behavior.The results show that the individual characteristics and city treatment factors affect the willingness to stay in the city and entrepreneurial behavior.Some indicators in the cultural and social treatment have a positive impact on the willingness to stay in the city.Some indicators in the political,economic and environmental treatment have a negative impact on entrepreneurial behavior.Personality characteristics such as gender,age and education will affect the willingness to remain in the city and entrepreneurial behavior decisions.There is a positive correlation between the willingness to stay in the city and entrepreneurial behavior.The willingness to stay in the city has a certain mediating effect on cultural and economic treatment toward entrepreneurial behavior.There are some differences in the correlation of the city treatment,the willingness to stay in the city and entrepreneurial behavior among the citizens,farmers and migrants.Based on the empirical research,the paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
