摘要
将纯化的基因重组HIV 1P2 4和融合蛋白P2 4 gp4 1包被微孔板 ,用ELISA分别检测正常人血清和HIV Ab国家参比品 (Panel)。rP2 4对 2 0份HIV Ab阳性Panel的检出率为 95 % (19/ 2 0 ) ,对 2 0份HIV Ab阳性Panel通过率为90 % (18/ 2 0 ) ,P2 4 gp4 1对 2 0份HIV Ab阳性Panel检出率为 90 % (18/ 2 0 ) ,对 2 0份HIV Ab阴性Panel的通过率为6 0 % (12 / 2 0 ) ;rP2 4和P2 4 gP4 1对正常人血清的检测结果均为阴性。结果表明研制的P2 4具有较高的敏感性和特异性 。
Microwell plates were pre coated with purified recombinant HIV 1 P24 and fusion P24 gp41 respectively. Serous samples from healthy donors and the national standard HIV Ab panel for HIV antibody tests were detected by ELISA with the pre coated plates. The results showed all of the healthy donors' sera were negative. For the national standard HIV Ab positive panel, the detective rate of the rP24 and the fussion P24 gp41 was 95%(19/20) and 90%(18/20) respectively. For the HIV Ab negative panel, the pass rate of the rP24 and the fusion P24 gp41 was 90%(18/20) and 60% (12/20) respectively,these result suggest that the developed rP24 has highly sensitivity and specificity and can be used in the manufacure of HIV antibody diagnositic reagent.
