This paper reviewed the commonly used internal fixation surgeries of the upper cervical spine. Summarized the challenges of upper cervical operation, such as high risk and lack of accuracy. Analyzed the superiority of robot-assisted upper cervical surgery in accuracy and safety. And introduced the application experience of robot-assisted upper cervical spine surgery, that the Ti Robot system can significantly improve the accuracy and safety of upper cervical spine surgery without operation time extending.
