摘要 介绍了新型材料滤芯结构完整和过滤性能的测试与评价方法。滤芯结构完整性试验台可以很好的测定滤芯的初始冒泡点、群泡点、最大孔径及其位置,平均孔径,滤芯阻力等性能参数,最大孔径与平均孔径的比值可作为滤芯结构完整性可接受性的重要参考指标。DT-100多通试验台能测量全生命周期内的过滤精度、过滤比、流阻特性、纳污容量及过滤性能稳定性等滤芯性能参数,通过数据拟合模型,可对滤芯的寿命、过滤效率等重要参数做出预测。该方法也可适用于滤芯生产质量控制、新产品研发、用户产品质量复检。 Test and evaluation methods of fabrication integrity and properties of new material filter element was mainly introduced. Filter fabrication integrity test-bed can well measure these performance parameters such as first bubble point, groups of bubble point, diameter and location of the maximum point, average pore diameter and flow resistance, The ratio of maximum and average pore diameter can be used as important reference index of acceptability of fabrication Integrity. The full life-cycle filtering properties is measured at DT-100 multi-pass test bench, such as filtering precision, filtration ratio, flow resistance, retained capacity and stability of filter precision, it can predict important parameters such as lifetime, filtration efficiency of filter element based on data fitting model. The properties test and evaluation methods can be also used in filter production quality control, development new product and user rechecking.
