石油钻井转盘扭矩在线监测系统的设计 被引量:6

摘要 转盘扭矩能反映石油钻井钻具的工作状态,介绍了通过粘贴电阻应变片测量转盘扭矩的传感器以及基于C8051F005单片机在线监测转盘扭矩的系统。该系统能对钻井异常情况作出准确预警,提醒工作人员检查钻具异常原因,以解除异常报警。扭矩围绕某中心值小幅度波动属于正常情况,系统表现为绿灯亮;扭矩大幅度波动、陡增、陡减、持续增加或者持续减小等异常变化时,系统表现为绿灯灭、红灯亮且蜂鸣器鸣叫。本监测系统为钻井过程中钻具的工作状态做出提前判别,预防因钻具异常而引发的异常事故的发生。 Hydraulic torque can reflect the working condition of oil drilling,lt introduces rotary table torque sensor through passing resistance strain ganges and a online monitoring system based on C8051F005 singlechip microcomputer. The system can make accurate warnings on drilling abnormal situation to remind staffs to check drilling tool abnormal reason, and remove abnormal alarm. The torque is fluctuated at a certain value in a small range belongs to normal condition, system performance for the green light be on. Otherwise, those conditions are abnormal, system performanee for green light be off, red light be on and buzzer chirping. The monitoring system can make discrimination in advance for the working state of the drilling tool in the drilling process , prevent abnormal accidents caused by abnormal drilling.
