摘要
针对现有无线传感器网络节点的不足和机械振动信号采集的需求,设计一种应用于机械设备状态监测的三轴高频采样的无线传感器网络节点。该节点采用模块化设计,包括数据采集模块、数据处理模块、无线通信模块、存储模块和电源模块五部分,其中数据处理模块MSP430处理器负责采集、存储、处理数据,无线通信模块CC2530处理器通过移植Zig Bee协议栈负责无线传输数据,数据采集模块采用MEMS加速度传感器通过三维正交组合方式拾取三轴加速度信号。经测试表明,该节点具有高采样率、大量程、三轴同步性的特点,能够满足机械设备高频振动监测的要求。
To overcome shortcomings of the existing wireless sensor network node (WSN) and meet the requirements of mechanical vibration signal data acquisition, a tri-axial high-speed sampling WSN node applying in mechanical equipment state monitoring was designed. The node uses modular design method, containing data acquisition module, data processing module, wireless communication module, storage module and power module. In data acquisition module, MSP430 processor is responsible for data acquisition, storage, processing; in wireless communication module, the CC2530 processor is responsible for data wireless transmission using the ZigBee protocol stack; data acquisition module picks up tri-axial acceleration signal by the way of three dimensional and orthogonal combination using MEMS acceleration sensor. The experiments shows that the node has the characteristics of high sampling rate, wide range and tri-axial synchronization, and meets the requirements of mechanical high speed vibration monitoring.
