摘要
通过研究涡街流量技术、激光甲烷传感技术、自动化控制技术、组态软件技术、PLC控制技术等,研发了一套煤矿瓦斯泵站监控系统。该系统能实现瓦斯泵站工作环境各参量监测、各设备运行状态参数监测和管道内瓦斯各参数监测,并通过实时分析,实现各抽放泵、水泵、阀门等设备的自动化控制,实现了瓦斯泵站的无人值守。该系统的成功研发对促进煤矿安全生产、提高瓦斯抽采效率、提高瓦斯抽采综合自动化水平起到积极的作用。
Through the study of Vortex flow technology, laser methane sensor technology, automatic control technology, configuration software technology, PLC control technology, developed a set of coal mine gas monitoring system. The system can realize the gas parameters station work environment parameters monitoring, the equipment operation state parameter monitoring and pipeline monitoring, and through real-time analysis, realize the automation of the drainage pump,pumps,valves and other equipment to control the gas station unattended. The successful research and development of the system plays a positive role in promoting coal mine safety production, improving the efficiency of gas drainage, and improving the level of comprehensive automation of gas drainage.
