摘要
针对带式输送机钢丝绳芯输送带撕裂后在撕裂区段发生部分叠加,输送带宽度显著变窄这一现象特征,依据若干组对射激光开关配合组对配合使用,实现实时监测带宽变化为判据,利用可编程技术进行逻辑运算,完成对带式输送机的纵向撕裂事故及时报警、停车。及时发现带面纵向撕裂,有效减少事故损失,缩短停机时间。技术实用,制作成本低,安装维护简单,事故报警停车及时。
Since the breaking belts of heavy belt conveyor overlap partially in the breaking area, and the belt switches width narrows significantly, by the usage of several groups of face-to-face shooting laser wich can make real-time monitoring of bandwidth change and logic programming technology, the alarming of longitudinal rip of belt and and the parking of the machine timely is achievable. It can discover the belt longitudinal tearing, reduce accident loss and downtime. The utility model has the advantages for low cost, simple installation and maintenance, and timely alarm and shutdown.
