Existing problems and suggestions for coal exploitation and utilization in China

分析了我国煤炭开采方式粗放、利用效率低、污染严重等问题。在此基础上,提出了我国煤炭清洁高效开发和利用的发展建议:科学规划煤炭开发规模,全面提升生产技术水平,推行煤矿绿色高效开采,深入发展矿区循环经济,大力发展煤炭洗选加工,建立煤炭质量评价机制和用煤标准,提高煤炭加工转化水平,控制煤炭污染物排放和碳排放。

This article analyzes the existing problems, such as extensive mining method, low uhhzahon efficiency and senous pollution. Based on the problems, this article proposes some suggestions for coal clean and efficient exploitation and utilization, including planning the production capacity scientifically; improving the level of production technology constantly; implementing green and highly efficient exploitation; using the recycle economy development model in mining areas; highly developing coal preparation and coal processing; establishing the evaluation system of coal quality and standards of using coal; improving the level of coal processing and conversion; controlling pollution and carbon emission.
