Design of automatic fire extinguishing system of 2000kW mobile generators

黑岱沟露天煤矿现使用2000kW移动式发电车,主要为露天大型采掘设备(电铲)供电。其作业现场尘土大,发电机组散热差,极易引发火灾,急需设计一套自动灭火系统,该系统采用抗干扰、灵敏度高且动作可靠、稳定的外部探测器;采用能及时有效扑灭电气类、油脂类火灾的灭火介质,且不对发电机组的部件造成二次污染。

2 000 kW mobile generator is used for large mining equipment （excavator） power supply in Heidaigou Open-pit Coal Mine. The dust of the work site is large, the power generation unit heat dissipation is poor, which is easy to cause fire. The automatic fire extinguishing system adopts anti-interference, high sensitivity and reliable action, stable extemal detector, which timely and effectively puts out the fire extinguishing media of electric and grease class and not causes the secondary pollution on generator unit.
