Description of Equipments for In Situ Solidification/Stabilization

原位固化/稳定化技术(Solidification/Stabilization,S/S)对工业污泥、污染土壤等固体废弃物具有高效的治理效果。考虑到原位混合搅拌设备对S/S效果的影响,本文结合对原位S/S技术的描述综述了国内外常用的原位S/S设备,主要包括旋转搅拌机、螺旋搅拌设备、喷射灌浆装置等,旨在为原位S/S修复设备的筛选与应用提供理论依据。

In situ solidification/stabilization （S/S） is an efficient technology for treatment of solid waste, such as industrial sludge, contaminated soil and so on. Considering the effect of the mixing equipments on the in-situ S/S process, an overview of the equipments, including rotary mixers, excavator-mounted rotary blending equipment, jet grouting device, for S/S applications were provided in this document. The purpose of this overview is to provide theoretical basis for the selection and application of the equipments used in the in situ solidification/stabilization.
