Milk has been widely used in our daily life and the research of milk has become one of the hot spots at home and abroad. Milk is rich in nutrients and the content of antibiotics in milk is related with the safety of people eating milk. This paper summarized the nutrition of milk and the detection methods of antibiotics in milk. It is hoped that the research of milk has been further developed and the novel research techniques for the detection of antibiotics with high efficiency and low cost can be developed.
