分光光度法测定ECS尾气中甲醛含量

摘要 甲醛生产中产生的ECS尾气经水吸收后,在p H=6的乙酸—乙酸胺缓冲溶液中,与乙酰丙酮反应,在沸水浴条件下,迅速生成稳定的黄色化合物,在波长413 nm处测定吸光度,该方法灵敏度高、选择性好、准确度好,适用于气体中微量甲醛的测定。 Formaldehyde in the production of ECS gas was absorbed by water absorption, In acetic acid buffer solution of pH=6, after the reaction of formaldehyde and acetylacetone in boiling water bath, forme stable yellow compound srapidly, then the absorbance of the absorption was determined. The method has high sensitivity, good selectivity and accuracy, and is suitable for the determination of Trace Formaldehyde in gas.
