滤膜中钾含量火焰发射法测定探究

摘要 利用带有火焰发射法功能原子吸收光谱仪来测定滤膜中钾元素,探究其可行性。通过火焰发射法测定工作场所中钾含量与火焰原子吸收光谱法进行比较。利用火焰发射法测定滤膜中钾含量该方法线性方程:Y=0.88992 X-0.01281,r=0.9994。检出限为0.002 mg/L,精密度相对标准偏差为0.21%,加标回收率为94.4%~107.3%,参加实验室间比对Z比分数为0.4,结果评定为优秀。利用该方法测试钾元素简洁快速,结果准确可靠。 With the use of flame emission method function atomic absorption spectrometer to measure the membrane in potassium, explore its feasibility. Determination by flame emission workplace potassium content by flame atomic absorption spectrometry for comparison. Determination of potassium content of the filter method utilizing flame emission method of linear equations: Y = 0.88992 X-0.01281, r = 0.9994. The detection limit was 0.002 mg/L, the precision relative standard deviation was 0.21%, the recovery was 94.4 %-107.3 %, to participate in inter-laboratory comparison Z-score of 0.4, the results assessed as excellent. Using this simple method to test potassium fast, accurate and reliable.
