摘要
对石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer,GFAAS)检测鱿鱼丝中镉含量的不确定度进行评定。通过建立数学模型,对不确定度的来源进行分析,找出影响测量的各种因素,按照国际通用方法计算各个不确定度分量并合成不确定度,进而得到石墨炉原子吸收法测定鱿鱼丝中镉的不确定度评定结果。分析结果表明:石墨炉原子吸收法测定鱿鱼丝中镉含量的不确定度的主要来源是校准曲线拟合和测量重复性,其他因素的影响相对较小。本研究可用于实际工作中的检测质量控制,对提高测定结果的准确性和可靠性具有重要意义。
The content of cadmium in dried squid shred was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer (GFAAS), and the sources of uncertainty were evaluated. To evaluate the uncertainty, the mathematical model was established firstly, the factors affected the measurement was found out, and finally the uncertainty components were calculated and combined. The results showed that the major source of the uncertainty in the method was calibration curve fitting and measurement repeatability. This can be used to guide the detection quality in testing process, and is of great significance to improving the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
