高职化妆品技术专业“产习研”一体化的研究与实践

Study and Practice of the Integration of Post Practice-Study-Research of Cosmetic Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Education

分析了目前高职产学研一体化与顶岗实习存在的问题,创新实施"产习研"一体化的教学模式。以广东食品药品职业学院化妆品技术专业为例详细介绍了在校企共建的化妆品联合中心,以及"产习研"一体化教学模式的实施。经过多年教学实践证明,"产习研"一体化取得了良好的效果,是校企合作的一种很好的方式。最后分析了"产习研"一体化存在的问题,并为它的发展提出建议。

Analysis the problem of post practice and the integration of production-study-research in current higher vocational college, and proposed the integration o1＇ post practice-study-research （IPPSR） Innovatively. Introduced the united cosmetics R ＆ D center of school enterprise cooperation and the implement of I PRI for the example of cosmetic technology specialty of Guangdong Food Drug Vocational college. Alter years of teaching practice, it is proved that IPPSR run well, and is one very good kinds of school enterprise cooperation. At last, analysis the problem oflPPSR and proposed suggestion for its development.
