老年人社区护理服务满意度调查及影响因素分析

Community nursing service satisfaction survey and influence factors analysis of the elderly

目的了解社区老年人对护理工作的满意度及其影响因素,旨在为社区老年人护理管理工作提供参考。方法本研究于2015年8—10月采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,抽取潍坊市社区老年人1 208人进行问卷调查,了解其对社区护理服务的满意度,并对其影响因素进行相关性分析和多因素Logistic回归分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果老年人对社区护理服务的综合满意率为63.0%,社区护理人员服务态度和社区卫生服务中心环境是社区护理服务的主要影响因素。结论在社区护理服务过程中,要提高护理服务态度;在社区卫生服务中心建设中,要注重老年人在生理、心理、行为等方面的特殊变化,应站在前来就诊的老年人的立场来思考问题,需要充分考虑到老年人的需求和期望。

Objective Understand the community elderly in nursing work satisfaction and its influencing factors,which provided reference for elderly community care management.Methods From Autumn to October 2015,we adopt the method of multistage stratified random sampling,extraction of Weifang,the questionnaire survey of 1 208 community elderly people to understand the community nursing service satisfaction,and the factors of influence factor correlation analysis and multiple Logistic regression analysis,P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The elderly for community care services comprehensive satisfaction rate was 63.0%.Community nursing service attitude and community health service center environment are the main influencing factors of community nursing service.Conclusion In the process of community nursing service,we should improve the nursing service attitude.In the construction of community health service center, special attention should be paid to the changes of the elderly in physiology, psychology and behavior, standing in the elderly people coming to visit the position to consider the issue,give full consideration to the needs and expectations of the elderly.
