自噬在肿瘤细胞死亡中的研究进展

摘要 自噬是细胞将自身的胞质蛋白和细胞器以形成自噬体的形式由溶酶体降解的过程,其既是细胞保守的自我防御机制,又是一种程序性细胞死T亡机制。诸多研究表明,自噬不仪参与机体多项生理功能的发挥,而且其功能的失调还与神经变性性疾病、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤等多种疾病相关,但具体机制尚不明确,仍需进一步深入研究探讨。由此,本文综述了自噬的细胞学调控,以及其对细胞程序性死亡的影响和自噬诱导的细胞死亡在肿瘤发生发展中的作用机制,旨在为细胞自噬在肿瘤发生发展中的作用研究以及肿瘤治疗靶点的开发提供思路与线索。 Autophagy is the process during whieh autophagosomes are formed from the eytplasmic proteias and organelles, followed by degradation by lysosomes. This is a conservative defense mechanism of the cell and also a programmed cell death mechanism. A lot of studies have shown that autophagy is not only inwflved in many physiological proeesses of the body, the dysfunction of autophagy is also associated with many diseases such as neurodegenerative diseases, autoimmune diseases and tumors, but the specific mechanisms behind are still not elear, requiring futrther studies. As a result, the cellu- lar regulation of autophagy, the effects of autophagy on apoptosis and the role of autophagy-indueed cell death in tumorigenesis and turnout progression and its mechanisms were reviewed and discussed in this paper, in order to provide new thoughts and ideas for further researches on the role of autophagy in tumorigenesis and tumor progression as well as on the development of therapeutic targets for tumor treatment.
