IL-18启动子区基因多态性与肝癌易感性关系的Meta分析

Association between interleukin-18 gene promoter polymorphism and susceptibility to hepatocellular carcinoma:A Meta-analysis

摘要 目的系统评价白细胞介素-18(interleukin-18,IL-18)启动子区rs1946518和rs187238位点单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)与肝细胞性肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)易感性的相关性。方法全面检索数据库Pub Med、EMBASE、the Cochrane Library、CNKI和万方,截止日期为2016年11月20日,按纳入与排除标准筛选文献,采用Stata13.0进行Meta分析,评估发表偏倚,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果共纳入7篇研究,包括1 035例病例和1 491例对照。合并结果显示,未发现IL-18启动子区rs1946518和rs187238基因多态性与HCC易感性有关联,Egger's线性回归分析显示不存在发表偏倚,对比差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-18启动子区rs1946518和rs187238基因SNP与HCC易感性无关联。 Objective This study aimed to accurately evaluate the association between the single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) interleukin-18 (1L-18) gene promoter rs1946518 and rs187238 in IL-18 and susceptibility to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)by meta-analysis.Methods An electronic search of PubMed,EMBASE,the Cochrane Library, CNKI and Wanfang database for relevant articles were conducted.The deadline was 20 November 2016.Studies were identified with criteria for inclusion and exclusion.Stata 13.0 software was used for Meta-analysis.Publication bias was examined,P〈0.05 means the difference was significant.Results A total of 7 studies,including 1 491 healthy controls and 1 035 patients with HCC,fulfilled the inclusion criteria.The combined results showed that there was no significant association between 1L-18 gene-promoter rs1946518 and rs187238 polymorphisms and HCC susceptibility.Egger's linear regression test revealed that there was no publication bias (P〉0.05) .Conclusion 1L-18 gene promoter rs1946518 and rs187238 polymorphisms were not associated with susceptibility to HCC.
