摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定氯地庆溶液中地塞米松含量的方法。方法应用HPLC,色谱柱C_(18)柱(150.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(55∶45∶0.5);检测波长240 nm;进样量20μL;柱温30℃;流速1 m L/min。结果地塞米松在5.0~160.0μg/m L时线性关系良好,Y=0.810 0X+0.219 5(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为98.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.62%(n=9)。结论 HPLC法便捷、重现性好,适用于氯地庆溶液中地塞米松的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of dexamethasone in Loradiqin solution by high per- formanee liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods HPLC method was applied, and C18 chromatographic column (150.0 minx 4.6 ram, 5 μm)was used with methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (55:45:0.5)as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 240 nm with the injection volume of 20μL, column temperature of 30 ℃ and the flow rate of 1 mL/min. Results Good linear relation was obtained when dexamethasone ranged from 5.0 μg/mL to 160.0 μg/mL, and the regression equation was Y=0.810 0X+0.219 5 (r= 0.999 7),with the average retrieving rate of 98.3% and the relative standard deviation of 1.62% (n=9). Conclusion HPLC method is suitable for the determination of dexamethasone in Loradiqin solution attributing to convenience and reproducibility
