蜂蜜联合康复新液治疗鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔黏膜炎疗效观察

Clinical observation of honey combined with Kangfuxin liquid in treating radioactive oral mucositis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的探讨蜂蜜配合康复新液治疗鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔黏膜炎的临床疗效。方法选择重庆医科大学附属第一医院肿瘤科2014年8月至2016年5月145例发生Ⅱ度放射性口腔黏膜炎的鼻咽癌患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=72)和试验组(n=73)。对照组予以康复新液漱口;试验组予以康复新液漱口后,将蜂蜜涂于创面处,观察两组的基本饮食情况和临床疗效。结果试验组基本饮食情况优于对照组,创面愈合的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蜂蜜配合康复新液治疗鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔黏膜炎临床效果显著,能够促进创面愈合,减轻疼痛,促进患者正常饮食,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of honey combined with Kangfuxin liquid in treating radioactive o- ral mucositis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods A total of 145 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with II de- gree of radioactive oral mucositis in Oncology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing from August 2014 to May 2016 were selected and divided into the control group （n=72） and the observation group （n=73） according to random number table. The control group was only adopted with Kangfuxin liquid as mouthwash ,while the observation group was additionally ap- plied honey to the wound on the basis of Kangfuxin liquid. The diet situation and clinical efficacy in the two groups were observed. Results The food intake and wound healing efficacy in the observation group were superior to those in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of honey combined with Kangfuxin liquid,which can accelerate wound healing, alleviate pain and promote normal diet,is significant in treating radioactive oral mucositis in pa- tients with nasooharvneal carcinoma, and clinical application is worthy of further promotion.
