摘要 目的观察Lauge-Hansen分型在指导踝关节骨折诊断及治疗中的应用效果。方法选取42例踝关节骨折患者为观察对象,采用Lauge-Hansen分型评估其损伤机制、部位及程度等,并按照不同分型合理制定治疗方案,观察其预后。结果 42例踝关节骨折患者均获得随访,治疗后VAS评分为(6.0±1.7)分,低于治疗前的(2.1±0.5)分(P<0.05)。所有患者均为良性骨性愈合,骨折愈合时间(10.1±2.6)周,完全负重时间(2.3±0.7)个月。AOFAS评分优良率为97.6%。结论 Lauge-Hansen分型有助于踝关节骨折的诊断与治疗,可为患者的预后康复提供良好依据。 Objective To observe the effect of Lauge-Hansen typing in the diagnosis and treatment of ankle joint frac- ture. Methods Forty-two patients with ankle fracture treatments were selected as the observation objects, and its damage mechanism, position and degree were evaluated by the Lauge-Hansen typing, and the prognosis of recovery of patients were observed according to different types of reasonable development of treatment options. Results Forty-two patients with an- kle fracture were followed up. After the treatment, the patient' s VAS score was (6. 0 ± 1.7) points, which was significant- ly lower than (2. 1±0. 5) points of before treatment(P 〈0. 05). All patients were benign bone healing, the fracture heal- ing time was (10. 1 ± 2. 6 ), the full weight bearing time was (2. 3 ± 0. 7 ) months. AOFAS scoring good rate was 97.62%. Conclusion The Lauge-Hansen typing is helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of ankle joint fracture, which provides a good basis for the prognosis of patients.
