严重精神障碍管理对精神分裂症患者的影响

Effect of severe mental disorder management on schizophrenia patients

目的对比严重精神障碍管理前后社区精神分裂症患者的生活质量、社会功能缺陷、服药依从性。方法采用编号随机抽样法选取盘龙区社区纳入严重精神障碍管理的诊断精神分裂症患者178例,用访谈法进行精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)、患者一般情况调查问卷、社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)、自编患者服药依从性调查表进行评定,之后进行管理,18个月后再次评定并进行对比研究。结果管理后精神分裂症患者SQLS各因子分均有下降(P<0.05),除职业和工作、责任心和计划性两项与管理前无明显差异外,其余各项社会功能缺陷程度均较管理前有改善(P<0.05),管理后对医嘱完全依从和部分依从的患者较管理前明显增加(P<0.01)。结论严重精神障碍的社区管理对在社区的精神分裂症患者生活质量、社会功能缺陷及服药依从性均有改善作用。

Objective To compare the quality of life, social function defect and medication adherence of community patients with schizophrenia before and after severe mental disorder management. Methods Using the number of random sampling method, selected panlong district included 178 cases of schizophrenic patients in community psychiatric diagnosis management of severe mental disorders, for the schizophrenia quality of life scale （SQLS）, interviews and questionnaires, the general condition of the patient social function defect scale （SDSS） , self medication compliance questionnaire were e- valuated. Results After management, each factor of SQLS in patients with schizophrenia decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ） , in addi- tion to occupation and work, responsibility and planningbefore management had no obvious difference, the rest of the social function defect degree were lower than before （ P 〈 0. 05 ） to improve the management, management of full compliance and the number of patients prescribed end part compliance was significantly increased compared with that before management （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The community management of severe mental disorders can improve the quality of life, social function and medication compliance of schizophrenia patients in the community.
