北京市民对古树名木保护支付意愿及影响因素研究

Influence factors analysis of residents' willingness to pay for protection of old and famous trees in Beijing

对古树名木的保护是北京城市园林绿化建设的重要内容,文中通过建立多项Probit回归模型,探讨北京市民对古树名木保护的支付意愿及其影响因素,发现市民的平均支付意愿较低,且其受教育程度、职业状态、收入水平、居住区域等个人基本特征以及必要性和参与意愿对其支付意愿产生了正向影响,而年龄、对古树名木保护的满意程度则对其支付意愿产生了负向影响。基于此,文中认为应当将古树名木的自身价值与人们的生态需要和精神文化需要相结合,加强公众宣传和引导,强调公民个人责任和参与,从而提高他们对于古树名木的支付意愿。

Protection of old and famous trees is an important part of Beijing＇s urban landscape construction. We used Multinomial Probit Model to analyze influence factors about residents＇ willingness to pay for protection of old and famous trees in Beijing. The result showed that residents＇ willingness to pay for protection of old and famous trees is significantly influenced by their individual characteristics,cognition,satisfaction and willingness to participate. Based on the conclusion,we proposed that the potential value of the old and famous trees should be exploit to meet the needs of people＇s ecological needs and spiritual and cultural needs; the protection of old and famous trees legal system be improve,and specialized agencies be establish to improve the management level,the publicity and guidance to the public be strengthened to enhance their awareness of the protection of old and famous trees and the willingness to participate.
