基于主成分分析的矿区微生物复垦生态效应评价 被引量:15

Evaluation on ecological effect of microbial reclamation in coal mining area based on principal component analysis

摘要 微生物复垦技术已成为国内外矿区土地复垦技术的前沿和热点,在矿区生态重建和环境修复中起到重要作用。文中利用2009-2012年7次实地监测数据,从植物生物量,土壤理化性状和菌根效率3方面选取10个监测指标采用主成分分析法对微生物复垦生态效应进行评价。结果表明,株高、地径、冠幅和菌丝密度是反映采煤沉陷区微生物复垦生态效应的主要因子,不同处理之间生态效应的大小依次为G.m、G.a和CK。 Microbial reclamation technology has become the frontier and hot issue in mining area land reclamation technology at home and abroad,and that plays an important role in the mining area ecological reconstruction and environmental remediation. Based on 7 times field monitoring data from 2009 to 2012,10 monitoring indicators involving plant biomass,soil physical and chemical properties and mycorrhizal efficiency were used to evaluate the microbial ecological effect of land reclamation by principal component analysis method. Results showed that the plant height,ground diameter,crown breadth and mycelium density were the main factors reflecting the microbial reclamation ecological effect in coal mining subsidence area. Ecological effects of different treatments were as followed: G. m G. a CK.
