摘要 腐殖酸钠可以有效整合工业锅炉炉水中的硬度物质,达到锅炉除垢防垢的目的,但何时添加腐殖酸钠关系到除垢防垢效果.针对该问题,利用检测炉水颜色构建工业锅炉除垢防垢的虚拟仪器监控系统.该系统包括颜色检测、负载控制和虚拟仪器系统三个部分,它们之间通过RS485进行通信,进而达到远程监测与控制的目的.实验结果表明,该系统可以有效跟踪显示炉水颜色和控制加药及排污. Sodium humate can be used to effectively integrate the hard material in boiler water, and then the fouling can be removed and prevented in the industrial boiler. However, when to add sodium humate has a strong relation with the effectiveness of removing and preventing fouling. Therefore, the monitoring and control- ling system is designed for removing and preventing fouling, which is based on the color of boiler water and vir- tual instruments (VI). It contains the color detecting, the load controlling and the VI's system. They communi- cate with each other through RS485, thus they can be applied to the construction of the remote monitoring and controlling system. Experimental results show that the designed system can effectively track and display the col- or of boiler water, and effectively control appending sodium humate and boiler blowdown.
