On Doctor-Patient Relationship by Hans Jonas' Theory of Moral Liability

医患关系是医学伦理学中的重要组成部分.随着社会进步和科学发展,如今的医患关系不仅仅是医疗专业人员与患者之间的关系.由于媒体、大众舆论等因素的介入,医患关系变得更为错综复杂.从责任伦理视角考察医患关系,从目的合理性、价值与责任等方面探析医患关系中的各方责任,对于改善医患关系、化解医患矛盾有着重要意义.

Doctor- patient relationship is an important part of medical -ethics. By the development of society and science technology, doctor - patient relationship becomes complicated because it is not only the relationship between doctor and patient, but also the complex of doctor, patient, media, public o- pinions, etc. This paper attempts to discuss this problem by the theory of moral liability and distingui- shes both sides＇ liability by stating the objectives, values and liabilities. It may be beneficial to improving doctor- patient relationship and solving doctor- patient dispute.
