高校开展《初级救护员》课程的实践与思考 被引量:2

摘要 为了增强当代大学生的应急救护意识,掌握基本的救护知识和技能,使大学生们在面对社会突发灾难、紧急事故或意外伤害时能够自救和互救,对在校大学生开设《初级救护员》选修课,并对授课前后大学生急救知识与技能的掌握情况进行对比分析,结果表明,授课后大学生应急心理、知识与技能等方面均有一定的提高,具有统计学意义(P<0.01).通过教学实践,86%的学生获得了红十字初级救护员资格,并明确完善师资力量、优化课程内容、统一考核方式和多方协同创新是高校普及《初级救护员》课程的重要任务,为高校普及推广《初级救护员》课程提供了依据. In order to enhance the emergency rescue awareness, knowledge and skills of college students, we open a new elective course named "Primary Ambulance Personnel". The purpose of the course is to let the college students offer self- help or mutual help when encountering social disaster or accidental injury. We give a comparative analysis between before and after the course about the emergen- cy rescue knowledge and skills of college students. The results show that after the course, the emergen- cy rescue psychology, knowledge and skills of college students have a certain increase, with statistics (P 〈0.01). Through the teaching lance personnel issued from the pra Re ctice, 86 % of the students received the qualification of primary ambu d Cross. The important tasks of colleges and universities to popularize the course "primary ambulance personnel" include the improvement of the skill of teachers, the optimi zation of the content of course, the unification of the assessment methods and multi- party collaborative innovation. All the results could provide the basis of colleges and universities to popularize the course.
