摘要
建立了拜耳法生产砂状氧化铝分解过程中最佳分解温度Topt与溶液氧化铝浓度动的关系式。实验用附聚──粘结长大工艺,按最佳分解温度制度进行分解,所得产品砂状氧化铝强度高,AI:8.32~14.02%;溶液分解率η:45%左右。
The opitimum temperature is found as a function of the alumina concentration in Bayer precipitation. According to the mechanism of the seed Agglomeration - Growth at optimum temperature, the results of the experimental study are as follows: the coefficient of attrition of sandy alumina AI: 8. 32 ̄14. 02% ; and the precipitation efficiency of the seeded pregnant aluminate solution (η) about 45%.
