公众视角下旧城改造规划实施后的综合评估——以南京市门东历史街区为例

Comprehensive assessment of urban renewal from the perspective of the public: a case of Nanjing's East Gate Area

根据问卷调查和访谈数据,对改造规划实施后的南京门东历史街区进行了评估。结果显示:包括门东周边居民与游客在内的空间使用者对改造后的门东历史街区总体评价较高;传统餐饮保留状况、手工艺保留状况、开发模式和卫生状况是影响总体满意度的关键因素。

This essay does an evaluation research on Nanjing＇ s East Gate Area after its regeneration through the anal- ysis of questionnaire and interview. It has found that both resi- dents around the area and tourists are satisfied with the present built environment ; ＂Satisfaction with preservation of traditional catering culture＂, ＂satisfaction with preservation of handicraft＂, ＂approval degree for the regeneration pattern＂ and ＂satisfaction with environment＇ s cleansing＂ are the key factors that affect their overall satisfaction.
