摘要
针对北京市生产总值增长较快及在高增长背后的环境问题,进行了规范分析及计量回归分析。结果显示:北京市的经济发展与大气环境之间呈现出"U"型、"N"型等关系。据此认为,传统的"环境库兹涅茨曲线"并不一定完全适用于北京市的情况。在理论分析的基础上,提出了促进北京市经济发展和环境建设的政策建议。
In order to analyzes the issues of rapid grow- ing of Beiing＇ s GDP and environment, this essay conducts a standard quantitative regression, the results show that Beijing e- conomic development and the atmospheric environment present ＂U＂ type, ＂ N＂ type and other type relations, therefore, the tra- ditional ＂Environmental Kuznets Curve＂ is not necessarily fully applied to the situation of Beijing City. Finally, this essay gives the policy suggestions for promoting the economic development and environmental construction of Beijing city.
