摘要
本试验在室内进行批量式发酵,模拟户用沼气发酵过程。采用自行设计的可控性恒温沼气发酵装置,以鸡粪、猪粪分别和玉米秸秆为发酵原料,在35℃下的厌氧发酵,研究分析C/N对不同原料混合厌氧发酵的影响,原料配比对混合厌氧发酵的影响,底物浓度和接种比例对混合厌氧发酵的影响。
The experiment was conducted in the laboratory simulation of batch fermentation, biogas fer- mentation process. Using the self- designed controllable constant temperature methane fermentation device with chicken manure, pig manure, corn straw as raw material respectively and fermentation, anaerobic fermen- tation at 35℃, the study and analysis of the C/N on different raw materials mixed anaerobic fermentation effects, raw material ratio on the effect of mixed anaerobic fermentation, substrate concentration and the propor- tion of inoculation on anaerobic mixed fermentation effect.
